Autumn in the Country

September 13-14, 2008
Build your own scarecrow, go for a hayride or play on the straw stack. Southwest Minnesota's famous Candy Kisses and Happy Face clowns will make their first appearance of the season at Holmberg Orchard. Always fun for the kids!

Candy Kisses and Happy Face will also be in the Orchard on September 27 -28 and October 11 & 12.

Apple Butter Stir

September 27-28, 2008 (Weather Permitting)
We'll make apple butter over an open fire just as it was done in the old days. Apple butter takes all day to cook to the perfect consistency. Sample our apple butter and purchase a few jars to take home. The clowns, Candy Kisses and Happy Face will also be at the orchard for the Apple Butter Stir. Rain dates are October 18th and 19th.

Jack-o'-Lantern Jamboree

October 11-12, 2008 (Weather Permitting)
Take a ride to the pumpkin patch and pick the perfect Halloween pumpkin. Build your own scarecrow and enjoy face painting with Candy Kisses and Happy Face the clowns. Top off the day with a slice of fresh-baked apple crisp and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.

Holiday Brunch

November 8, 2008 – 11:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Join us at the orchard for a special luch and holiday shopping. The orchard store is filled with festive fall decorations and treasured gifts for the holidays. This is a good day to bring home a jug of Holmberg Apple Cider!
